Spend time with Heidi to discuss your needs, and together formulate a plan, including the most beneficial sessions to support you. This is an obligation free appointment.

Cancelation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, to avoid a cancellation fee. Full session fee or deposit is retained for 'no-show', and no refunds are offered. You may transfer to another session type of an equal or greater value, with the balance due at the time of your first session with 24 hours notice. We do not offer payment plans for the 'Bundles', 'Plans' or 'Packages' as they are offered at a discounted rate. There is an expiry of 3 months for all '4 x Session Bundles'. We don't offer refunds for any of our sessions.
