”I’d like to make an appointment. How do I book a time with Heidi?”

”What time zone will my session take place in?”


Australian Eastern Standard Time or Australian Daylight Savings Time. Please note that New South Wales daylight savings ends Sunday the 7th of April, 2019. All Skype, Phone and Skype sessions will all occur in NSW time.

”How do I pay for my session or course?”

All appointments/sessions can be either paid for in cash in person, or credit/visa debit card through Paypal or Stripe, our secure online merchant facility at the time of the appointment.

”What is your cancellation policy?”

PLEASE NOTE that if you are not available to take Heidi’s call at your appointed time for your phone session or Skype session without 24 hours notice, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total amount of your booking. By booking an appointment with Heidi you agree to this cancellation policy.

”I asked Heidi a question via email or sms but have not received a response.”


Unless your question relates to your appointment time or booking, Heidi does not answer any personal questions via email. You are invited to schedule a telephone or Skype video booking. To make an appointment, click here.

”How will I be contacted at the time of my phone or Skype session?”


Heidi will contact you on the phone number or Skype ID you have provided at the time of your booking. Please note all sessions are in NSW time which is AEST.

”I’ve made an appointment but I need to reschedule.”


We require 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments.
PLEASE NOTE: that if you are not available to take Heidi’s call at your appointed time for your phone session or your video Skype session without 24 hours notiice, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total amount of your booking. By booking an appointment with Heidi you agree to this cancellation policy.

”Do I need to do anything special to prepare for my consultation or appointment?”


Write down any questions, challenges or concerns you may have or at least some areas you want covered. It helps to have a clear intention for the session, regarding what you would like to receive.
