Eating addictions can be so tricky to manage because you cant simply avoid the thing that you're addicted to! You have to eat to live! This makes eating addictions often the most difficult to address and heal, as food is literally everywhere you go, and is often at the centre of many social and family interactions.
There are many reasons behind eating addictions, and can be hard to pinpoint. Having said that, food is often used to relieve discomfort; boredom, anxiety, low self esteem, loneliness, stress, overwork, etc, etc, etc.
Learning ways to address the cognitive distortions through hypnotic application, can start you on your journey of healing. Food is a tool to survive and to be enjoyed, not to control your life.
Included is 4 hypnosis recordings and a workbook to support your journey.
